Cirrus fibratus are NOT clouds.
Cirrus fibratus are generated by planes spraying chemicals in the atmosphere (chemtrails).
The name cirrus fibratus was invented some years ago by the World Meteorological Organization to deceive you and make you believe that chemical spraying doesn't exist.
You can see cirrus fibratus in the sky ONLY during or after spraying.
